Oppo Android

Oppo's K9 and K9 Pro are about to welcome a new member of the series dubbed K9s. Images and specs of the phone leaked all over Weibo, and it appeared on JD.com's website as well.

The phone has a similar design to the K9 Pro and identical cameras, but less impressive chipset and a screen of the LCD rather than AMOLED variety.

The Oppo K9s is built around a 6.59” LCD with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refrsh rate. The fingerprint scanner is on the side, doubling as a power key.

Around the back the K9s has a 64MP main camera alongside an 8MP ultrawide shooter and a 2MP auxilary sensor. The selfie camera has a 16MP senosr.

The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 778G chipset, and rumors suggest the chip will be coupled with either 6GB or 8 GB RAM. There is a 5,000mAh battery inside, which supports 30W VOOC 4.0 fast charging.

Too bad there isn't a periscope zoomlens included. Oppo tends to make the screen too small instead of a bit wider and less long. Also they should quit putting curved edges. Battery life seems promising which is a big plus for me.
