cant install apps,even updates,insuficient memory always pop up during install and updates from google play...

My Neo 3 can't install apps from google play and also anything. There's always a pop-up note that says, "Insufficient storage". Why is that? It's annoying, I can't install the apps I want. I used to move the apps to memory card but still the notice appears.

Guys, I accidentally turned off my phone and when I turned it back on my homescreen just turned black and I can't put a wallpaper anymore. Im using oppo joy btw.

you must first update your system up to the latest update before you can see switch partition in the settings

I use oppo neo 3 phone aand there is a problemabout it if you put your hands in the left side of the phone while your phone is in sidewards then push your left arm up and your right arm down the switch it push your left arm down and your right arm up you will notice a sound

im having a big problem after oppo service center fixed it all that ive download apps were moved to sd card but still the application saves file in my phone storage not on sd card my phone is neo3 and this is the only time that Ive got this problem due on saving files ..
