First check if you really have a free space in your phone storage...
Why??even you have a big storage or available storage on your sd card there no way, you can download such apps.. specially apps... hehe
Coz if you notice in the storage settings there's a system storage!!
Ex.
User space
1.50avail.
3.85mb used
System storage
Total space .98GB
avail space is 150mb or less
Sd storage
Total space 7.50GB
used 1.5gb
So you should base on the avail space of the system storage... not on the space of your sd or the user....
To make more clearly if you have a 4gb internal
2gb is for the system app like music message,file manager,clock etc.
1.5GB is the user space,the availability space for your internal memory like file/music/photos in you internal storage/user storage.
To try that try to move some music to the phone storage from sd.. you just like moving things into another place.. you know what I mean....
The remaining 500mb is for the system storage.. this for the minimum available space data you can actually download... this system storage is for the data we actually used to run a apps... if you uses some more app like fb you will get less system storage... just like that
Note.. to download a app..try to clear data of you overused app like fb or something else in you phone
Try to clear data some app like fb, youtube etc.. you will get more system storage
If you want to download some app from play store it should be less to the remaining system storage...
Delete some uses less file or folder...

My mobile when receive a call, go to automatically silent mode, i disabled the silent mode, then the device is rebooted. but no action... wat to do..???

Ms.V, 31 Jan 2015Hi , is there anyone can tell me why in the world my OPPO NEO 3 can't download any app ? If apps aren't getting downloaded then even pictures and videos won't upload or download! The reason is your memory is full! Free your phone memory and memory card, keep at least 200 mb free space in both memory and reboot your phone!

My Phone Oppo Neo 3 stops Audio Music when I'm inside a Car then when the Car door slams shut close. Its like it pauses the audio thru shock wave. Is it a feature? If it is, then what I think is its a bug. Its annoying. Please fix for updates.

I like how this Oppo R831K but I ended up rooting it for a myriad of personal reasons. So far, it is working fast and seamless. My only frustration with this phone is the camera. It does not work like a 5MP cam at all! Low resolution, unclear image. My previous LG phone with 3MP was way better!
