Okay, its been about 2 months I use Oppo Neo 5s. Im not expert user, heavy user or knowing well about smartphones but I do know little about it. So here is my review.
Short review
The ui is nice, and friendly user. However, to view RAM usage, you need to long-pressing option button instead home button. Hold home button will launch search engine. Pre-installed Android 4.2 is somewhat downward.
The camera is also work excellent. It comes with various mode which you can add or remove it. New firmware update will change camera UI. The camera also has expert mode, so user can adjust camera manually with limited settings. Night scene mode also make dark/night picture well, though still can see some noise. Meanwhile, front camera are not good, also too much noise in low light.
Performance also work well, it does has little hang due RAM, but it still can be ignored. The RAM is however very poor. Since the phone use Color OS and Android system, pre installed system took about 70% RAM, which is can be considered as very, very worst RAM. 1GB RAM system won't be satisfied you, as 70% system's RAM will interfere your use. The apps might crash or force closed itself if RAM usage too much.
For gaming, it was great phone. It won't getting hot much as convenient cover design. Most 3D apps also work well on this devices.
Battery usage is somehow might frustrated for 4G user. Battery was long-lasting about 8 hours only if 4G mobile data was turned on. 10 hours if 3G, while 12-15hours with wifi. Charging time also took about 2 hours from 2%-95%. Keep note this is from my experience, and may vary, depending of your usage.
Other cool features on this phone is it comes with eye protect mode, which will change your phone display into inconvenient screen but might not strain your eyes. Enabling auto-prevent mode will protect your screen from being touch if something block the sensor (beside front camera) if your phones wake up from sleep, more likely very useful in your pocket. It also come with double tap gesture to wake up ypur phones by tapping twice, or sleep it by double tap home button. There's also Night mode(quite time) too.

Battery: Ok
Display: Plain
Connectivity: Good
Storage: Meh

my oppo neon 5s keeps on rebooting and it says that "sd card not detected..reboot" whenever i dont used it since the last updated of its latest OS.. can someone pls help me :(

My review of the OPPO NEO 5 - 16G
A month of usage and the phone is extremely reliable except for a weather app that hanged when i view the radar map.
Screen response is fair but not good enough (gesture on and off feature), there are times that you cannot unlock the screen when you double tap on it.
Sound is good for both calls and music.
Battery life is fair - lost 4% of battery every hour (this would depend on what apps are you using and other factors like GPS on,etc), my weather app was on, wifi and gps when i tested it.
Call quality is ok.
One thing cool about this phone is, it can display your operator logo on the screen beside your signal bar.
Games like hungry shark ran well without a hiccup.
Screen resolution is excellent, images are clear and the colors are balanced.

About 4G setting, you can find at "preferred network type" under "mobile network" inside setting. However, you can only set it as auto, as 4G will used once you are in 4G area.
Btw, for those who are said their phone is 16gb internal memory, cam you guys make sure your model by checking it at "about phone"? Mine is Oppo 1206 and whenever I search including Oppo official website, Neo 5s only have 8gb internal memory, while Neo 5(2016) do have 16gb internal memory.
