First of all I'm not an employee of OPPO, I'm just a normal user as like you.
I know all of us facing VOLTE problem after update of ColorOs. First they said that they release a new update on 8th Dec. But later they said that it's delayed to 12th Dec. So all of us can do only one thing that is staying calm. Don't waste your time for checking update all of the day, because the software is still under testing, it takes sometime as they said one week ( 5th -12th ). I'm also suffering a lot but we should think both sides.
I don't want to check the update till 12th Dec even I'm suffering. so friends only we have to do is waiting.

It was said that the oppo company will roll out new version of oppo neo 7 after which calling problem from Jio sim will be resolved but till today no update is coming.... worst service of Oppo company

I just called oppo cust care...and i got reply from them...the new update with volte will release on dec 12...
8 december has gone n no updation nw u r saying 12 .. This is not the way..no one wl buy oppo if it wl b like ds only..
