It work on net only, not like 2g or 3g. So when there is 4g network it will work. Oppo has given update for neo 7 and now it is volte enabled.If not updated please update it. After update I am using volte there is no issue.

Them u can call through it. If u download newer version then u can't call. Truely helped me. In same problem of update. But now at least i can call through jio
