Oppo, 04 Sep 2016Just do backup and reset in settings option. Actually every phones have this problem.Still you getting charge very slow...i have too problem about charging..my phone also too slow charge..

I bought oppo neo 7..iis a nice phone .have charging problem..its too slow charge.its charge maximum 23 to 25 % in one hrs.otherwise its a good to use..plz some auggation about charging slowly.

oppo user, 12 Sep 2016anyone can explain about the chipset? is one of either sim has 4g lte system or both of them h... moreIf you use one sim slot as 4g other will be 2g. Further this phone does not have Volte and the company is not updating it so no HD calling.

I have been using this phone for 6 month now...for the first & second month I am having some problems with it...but then after a long time this phone is running very smoothly without any problem. I actually like this phone now~ P/S: I am not a heavy user but I use the internet a lot thats all :)

kk, 09 Sep 2016Go to dialer *#*#4636#*#* and select phone information and check volte only android5.0As known to me Volte can be enable by manufacturer and then carrier.But unlike other manufacturer Oppo is not updating neo7 to Volte.After repeated enquiries Oppo didn't respond to my query.Other manufacturer are updating their old phones to Volte.
