I brought oppoR7 about a year ago, the problem is cannot charge battery via USB port thru Laptop / Desktop USB port.
Second problem the battery cannot charge via AC supply thru USB port.
Now my oppoR7 is down due to the battery cannot charging any more.
So any body having same problem like me?

Been using this phone for a year..
Not recommended - Battery Drains fast, VERY small capacity for batt - have to charge every 6-8 hrs😒 and If ur planning to stick to android ver kitkat 4.4.2 ally the way, Enjoy the phone my fren

please help..
i used oppo r7 lite.i used 2 sim cards, but why is it that when i send or received message from sim 2 the sim appear under the bubble on the message (simcard image) is sim 1?

Have anyone got Exchange email working? when apply the corporate policy, it encrypted the storage - the phone is not working normal - it has nothing on it but message storage full keeps popups - Tried to reset the phone then it got freeze - This phone is not working for me, I am sending it back.

how true is it that once the built-in battery is broken or destroyed will the phone be useless?? or is there a chance to replace the broken battery in order for the phone to be used again???

Its recommended for you to use oppo once and realize how far m... moreOppo camera are okay but not good.well all oppo battery sucks that's why they provide vooc.lack in update .quality are not good compare as Samsung in mid range and high end phone.sell high price.I buy oppo find 7 at 400$ use for 2 month and its not good so I sell bavk and only get 211$. It's not fair that why many people dos not use oppo in Malaysia

From day 1 my Bluetooth does not connect properly even with updates and disconnecting and reconnecting still doesn't work. NO service centres in melbourne at all, anywhere. They want me to pay postage to sydney and require my phone for 10+ days, without a replacement. They tell me their only service centres are in Sydney, Auckland and Wellington. Convenient!!! No customer service. Can't take my phone back to Dick Smiths as they are now in receivership. Long battle with OPPO manufacture over the phone and still waiting on a reply as to what they intend to do to fix my phone as I am certainly not paying for postage or posting it at all. They emailed me to say they will contact me with a solution within 48 hours. One whole week and i've not heard a thing from them. This may be a very long battle. Not a happy customer!!
