Nice phone, it would have been better with NFC & IR as part of the connectivity package.
wta, 23 May 2015can we put 2 sim cards and micro sd card simultaneously? No. Either two sims or one sim and the other micro sd card. Read the specs carefully.
Chipset and camera should be better than the original r7.Like snapdragon 801/808 and 16MP back snapper.

Nice size battery but why is this phone so HEAVY??!! - 203 grams. The Nexus 6, similar size phone but only 184 grams. The much older Huawei Ascend Mate, actually a 6.1 inch phone is only 198 grams and it has a similar size battery. It's odd because the dimensions of the R7 Plus are all smaller than either of these other phones. Their battery must be unusually heavy!
Phones freak, 13 May 2015Oppo provides adapter for 3.5 mm headphone OK.. what am I missing. The review says that the R7 and the R7 Plus both have 3.5 mm audio jacks.
R7: "Going round the device, on top, we find a 3.5mm audio jack and not much else. "
R7 Plus: the image seems to indicate a 3.5 mm jack, but I don't see the size mentioned anywhere in the review. Only here: http://www.gsmarena.com/oppo_r7_plus-7237.php
raz, 19 May 2015I've bought the R5 knowing the absence of 3,5mm jack, and it's really annoying when I drive fo... morelol... barely announced , no released yat and you have it??? No 3.5mm port? Are you sure its a real phone and not a dumy???
No 3.5" jack? In all the years I've had phones, I think I've used the jack less than 10 times, and never since bluetooth. I stream everything in my car through the Ford Sync program. I never use the earbuds you see countless people wearing. Good grief! You'd think they are listening to a recorded loop that says: left, right, left right, breathe in, left right left right, breathe out...so they won't forget.
