Do not upgrade thw firmware. The default stock firmware is already good. Didnt have any problems since day 1.

roy , 31 Jul 2016Does this phone supports full hd Yes it support Full HD, did you know that R7 plus can play high res audio music. It is similar to Sony Z5 premium but don't forget to buy hi-res earphone or else you can't hear the difference try buying Sony Hi-Res earphone. There is a reasonable price with good audio quality.

Michael , 21 Jul 2016Since the latest July update, the battery life has been going down badly and phone getting hot... moreAre you considering changing the battery? Mine played up last week, drained very quickly, then appeared to work normally again for nearly a week. Suddenly today the phone started turning itself off and on numerous times, though when on it merely.showed the Oppo heading and would not open properly. So I put it to charge and it is now blank and cannot be opened!

Since the latest July update, the battery life has been going down badly and phone getting hot during use. I never had this problem before. Otherwise, this phone is good.
