I have this reno2 have purple or pinkish at the screen when I surf Google chrome or yahoo mail with a white background. It's seems straight show purple or pinkish on teh LCD screen. Send in to service and the report say it's a software issue not the hard LCD screen problem. Does anyone have the same issue. Thanks if Anyone can advice.

- Cam performance has become trashy
-Battery doesn't last the whole day like it used to
-There are noticable hiccups and glitches with opening various apps.
Oppo should be ashamed of themselves for doing this. People who haven't received an update should consider themselves lucky and stick to color OS 6.

Update , 24 Sep 2020Please how do i update my reno2 to android 10, mine is still on android 9.. helpGo to the oppo website download the current software file. Download it onto your phone. Then boot your Phone into recovery mode. Select the option install zip package. Select the downloaded software file . And wait . In my case the phones data was not wiped, but i would suggest to back up your data before.

After the update on colour OS 7 photos taken in the night are much better, performance is smooth, and battery life is longer at least on my device.

Liberty, 08 Sep 2020How good is the camera , performance and battery life of this phone . Honest user pleaseI've had mine for a year and honestly the battery is really good. I can use it quite heavily and it can last for a day and a half.
The camera isn't great. I had a Google pixel 2 previous to this and that was incredible. This phone is okay in the day light but night time is pretty poor. It also collects a lot of dust (because it's a pop up) so if you spend a lot of time in dusty spaces I'd avoid any pop up phones.
The performance is excellent. It's very fast and responsive. The only down side is unlocking it, it often doesn't recognise you thumb print on the first attempt but that doesn't bother me.
It's also slightly heavier than most phones. Again this isn't something I see as a problem, I prefer something slightly heavier.
I'm glad I brought it when I did. I'd give it a 7-8/10. It's a great midrange phone.

Honest user pleaseI have used this mobile for only one month, reason I sell it was bc of the camera, in day its good photos as most of other phones are capable but in the night it's real crap also zooming is very unclear, only good is design but camera is very poor, so choose wisely, good luck.
