also it looks like Dimensity 1000L in Reno 3 is significantly more powerful than SD765G in Reno 3 Pro. kinda weird choice from Oppo to put weaker CPU in their more premium model...

according to the reviews this is 4 + 4 CPU, so 4 x A77, and in the Geekbench it is close to the level of SD855 (single) or even better than SD855 (multi) so really good job from Mediatek.

Why have they killed the best feature of the reno series in favour of yet another waterdrop notch? It seems like a huge step backwards, so now this phone does liitle to stand out anymore aesthetics-wise.

And 1000L will perform better than the SD 765G in both CPU and GPU department. GPU performance same as Huawei's Kirin 980 or better and on the same level with exynos 980 for CPU. Let's just wait for the benchmark.

In fact, the 1000 performs almost like a snapdragon 865, whereas the 1000L performs like an 845. This phone is basically a Poco F1 with a better design and smoked screen.

If we take Helio G90T GPU (Mali G76 MC4) been superior than Adreno 616 (SD710) an similar to Adreno 618 (SD730) it's easy to predict 2x GPU perfermance on Dimensity 1000L over Helio G90T and this means something between Adreno 630 and Adreno 640, while SD765 will use Adreno 630, about 30% slower than an hipothetic GPU between Adreno 630 and Adreno 640 and Dimensity 1000L.

And its built on smaller nm so won't heat up as much as g90t and also won't consume that much of battery.
