Anonymous, 09 Jan 2021You're stuck right back in 2016 when people were bitching about how the iPhone 7 didn... moreAnd Millions of users switched to Samsung after that. Otherwise what do you think how Samsung came up so fast and completed with Apple? And with No 3.5mm jack, many have left Samsung too. No wonder only fools are upgrading phones as there is no headphone jack. I don't use Wireless. I have my big collection of Flat head earphones so I use only them. I don't have patience to keep charging Wireless or BT earphones 10 times in a day and find them unusable should I forget to charge. Also, their in-ear design is not comfortable for me. Most of all, BT Headphones are biggest risk to the health and I don't want to use them. As these companies are providing 3.5mm Jack in many of their phones it clearly shows that they provide it as per their convenience only and nothing to do with future technology or so. BTW, Bluetooth is there for last more than 20 years, why these companies not shifted to Bluetooth within 4-5 years only. And what is stopping them to fully remove 3.5mm from each and every phone they release? I can guarantee you, their sales will be virtually zero if they do so. They know that most of the people who cannot afford so called mediocre flagship phones, they use 3.5mm plugged earphones only and they will no buy their phone if they remove 3.5mm from all devices. And they these companies are not providing wired headphone with C Type plug? Why should I buy their crap Wireless and BT earphones and that too with such a poor sound quality?

Dennis.K, 08 Jan 2021Everybody? We moved on long time agoWell not me. I used to be on the wireless audio bandwagon for a long time, so I know how it feels like to gone wireless. Great for portability, but that's about it. That moment when my phone's Bluetooth connection went fully broken because of a software update, that's it - I say FU to wireless Bluetooth.

Dennis.K, 06 Jan 2021You're stuck in 2018 where everybody is raging about brands removing headphone jackOf course everybody is raging about brands removing headphone jack. Just look at Sony - they could have just continued not putting the headphone jack as they did with the XZ2 lineup, XZ3, Xperia 1, and Xperia 5. Did Sony do the same thing with the 2020 flagship Xperia models? No, they didn't. They bring it back! Another solid example of a smartphone company not following the trend is LG. LG never throws away the headphone jack on their flagship phones because they obviously know that the brilliantly useful Quad DAC feature cannot be used wirelessly.

For me though, there is another obvious reason why removing the headphone jack is not doing any better job: https://imgur.com/gallery/sWLCWZQ

Which means that they can provide it and i is not useless feature. But they provide it as per their wish for few models and call other flagship because they don't provide it in them. What do these racists think that they will provide headphone jack on some low quality phones and we will buy them?
