Honestly, one of the worst phones I have ever been given as a present. The camera was awful, couldn't go on the internet and couldn't download any apps. Had this phone for about a year and a half before realising it was rubbish. It did make phone calls and texts, so I guess was alright in that sense.

I honestly have no idea why I bought this phone, it's totally useless, calls don't work ,texts don't, camera is awful. It's So slow, is so frustrating. Seriously, don't buy this phone, worst ever

settings, then restore factory settings the default password is 1122 this will then automatically reset and reboot. Hope this helps

please can you help me sort out my problem.when i plug in my charge it will charge for few seconds and stop but showing that the charge is still plug in, instead drains the battery.please help me
