If you are an HTC U11 owner on Sprint's network, and have been waiting for the Oreo update for your device, your wait ends now. The Taiwanese company has confirmed that the roll out will begin today.
HTC's Mo Versi took to Twitter this weekend to reveal that they've received the technical approval, and roll out will start Monday.
Sprint HTC u11 owners! Appreciate your patience, we have received technical approval from the carrier. Updates to Oreo OS will start on Monday! Enjoy!— Mo Versi (@moversi) January 20, 2018
For those who aren't aware, Oreo for HTC U11 was first made available in the US in November 2017, when the update started hitting unlocked units. Recently, the update began rolling out in the EMEA region as well.
