am from INDIA and i bought palm pixi recently bt i couldnt get this phone profile setting....
when i switch on the phone it displays create new prof. or sign in.........i tried many a times bt no results found.....!
badly need assistance for this setting...HELPPPP!!!

ken, 02 Feb 2012i have the student plan in canada and wondering if i should buy this phone... are there any ex... moreCanada student plan (1GB+My10+text+200min) will work with no additional charges on it. The Blackberry student plan will not work with this phone and the regular student plan with no data will work but you wont be able to use data (this has wifi) but you will need to download extra software to bypass signing up for a Palm account when first starting up the phone as you need data to do this.

lalu.prajapati, 20 Dec 2011Plz frnd tell me how to use internet in tata docomo sim.Docomo and idea SIM's do not have data configuration on the SIm itself. So they wont work for internet.
Get switched to Airtel or Vodafone.
I was on docomo, got it switched to vodafone.

I am in the U.S. and i bought one of these off eBay. It is AT&T branded and not unlocked, so i set it up on a $25 per month pre-paid [GoPhone] plan. I had trouble getting past the logon screen because i had the SIM card upside-down. It goes in backward from any other phone i've used. After that, i had to add a $5 data package to the account to set up an HP user profile. Now that it is set up, it works great. I love this little phone.
