I still have one but not working.Its true the wires would break and leave the earpiece not working.getting its spare parts in my country was futile and i had to put it aside.a good phone though.

Ah, I remember the good ol' Treo. Neat phones, but they had a fatal design flaw: The wires that went through the hinge would break, leaving the earpiece dead. I went through about half a dozen of them over the course of a year because of it!

During it's reign, this is the iphone 4 of that time. whenever someone carrying this phone passing by, heads will turn. at least that's how it is in my country. it's the phone for the CEO, Managers and high-level executives. Average people can only dream. Now a even a school kid can own a phone 100 times more capable.

It was an awesome phone in its day. Kind of laughable now, but back in 2002 it was an incredible phone and Palm Treos were THE phone to have.

arch, 24 Mar 2009how come this unit is email capable but not gprs capable? how's that? These specs are outdated.You could install the GPRS patch released by Handspring for the 180,180g,270 and 3oo.
