mostly panasonic , sony these are japan technology so only few people facing problem. may be its making mismatke i recommend sony , panasonic is best mobiles for long life use properly. i have been using panasonic for 2 yr not get any problem.

it wont work in 2g network at all .....whereas in 3g it work awesome......its signal strength is quite weaker than other phones like Samsung and micromax...it shows 50% of available network.....after consult with service center I came to know it is manufacture defect.

This mobile is very good. But after 1month I m not able to sign in my Google account and bcz of that I'm not able to use play store .plzz help me out. Is there any system update

It contains the best hardware. OTG cable copies at the speed of 10-11 mb/s. However, it requires various software for being downloaded. So, you have to install various software of your choice.

I had purchased Panasonic Eluga Icon from Amazon in Rs.10999/- on 17th Aug 2015. On 11th Nov. 2015, phone slept from my hand and its screen broken. The falling distance was not more than 2 feet. The service centre of Panasonic informed that its repair cost will be
Rs.8250/-. As the height was not more than 2 feet so it is confirm that Panasonic company before launching its phone, don't take crash test or quality check.

Positives:
1. Stylish look
3. Very good RAM and ROM storage capacity
3. Easy handling
4. Long Battery back up
Negatives:
1. The rear camera protrudes outside the body. Unless you use a flip cover there are chances that the camera may get scratches
2. Even the basic apps like weather, notes etc. which are available in a low cost Samsung phone is not in this mobile. You need to download these apps
2. Warning pop ups (when you want to delete the messages) has typo errors. (ii) Long pressing on certain text messages don't workout to give the options. You have to go to home button to select the option which is not so friendly
3. Poor customer care (when i mailed the above issues I was asked to simply to take the phone to a service dealer due to software issues
Verdict: If you don't mind the above problems you can go for it as I don't find any other issue with the mobile. To be frank I love it though I find the above issues. But if you are concerned, Lenovo K3 Note is a better option

performance is very bad...It stucks all the time when u click contacts and dialling . It sucks..
Even after keeping just only 5 mandatory apps..Its laggs a lot.
i dont know the use of this 2GB RAM
Even the micromax 1GB RAM was much better

Eluga icon is a zabardast phone in the history of Panasonic. Performance of this phone is very raise to infinity good.Its really a fast processor phone and light weight phone and battery back up is also good.
