Sameer , 26 Dec 2016Agreed with above don't go for Panasonic handset's they r the worst, service centre's r more worstIf your phone is still under warranty and if you haven't sold it out yet (or throw it away ... :P ), send a mail to panasonic with details of your problem attaching the invoice copy and in the last line, write one line mentioning that if the problem is not resolved within 72 hours, you will go to the consumer court. See what happens then. And yes, except Sony's own service centre, all authorized service centres are worst and Sony doesn't service phones or any Sony device after the warranty period and their authorized service centres are also third class.

Everything fine but battery drain issue...coz 2500 mah is not suitable for snapdragon 615.... Need at least 3000 man for it...but else is good

the service of Panasonic is very very bad. Panasonic take more time to repair the phone. Panasonic had taken more than 40 days of warranty for simple hanging and audio problem only. Now I am suffering from Panasonic service.
