This is a good phone but I faced a lot of problems in it because I am not able to run my apps , many of my apps do not work even though it has 4GB ram..
I prefer to please work over it.

I bought this phone on its launch date an after using it till today 2nd Oct 21 it has not received a single update. The screen got detached from the phone within a few months and it was impossible to find a service center after the lockdown. It's a nice phone but I would categorise this as the worst phone I have ever owned and trust me when I say I have been using mobile phones for a very long time.

Phone specifications and phone performance does not match. Its way lower from what was expected.
In small wear & tear the product back panel fabric near charging jack got broken.
Firstly service center was refusing to take complaint, then verified whether the solution can be provided or not and later asked to call customer care.
When approached customer care they very ready to provide service center numbers.
Very bad product and Very bad service.

RAM should be 6/8/12 GB and internal 256/512 GB/1TB with separate slot for expandable memory for the sole purpose of recovering some data if something goes wrong with the phone.
