I am using this phone for the past two weeks. Detailed Instruction Manual is not included. And so, most of the features can not be used. Company failed to supply on request which is great surprise. As photoes, in outdoor, we get good photoes. But in stage, illuminated brightly, pictures are either out of focus or shaked. I am expert in photography with handheld photography. But here, it is awfully bad. Otherwise, phone is ok. Company should provide detailed instruction Manual online.

The customer service is pathetic in every sense. It is very clear that Panasonic is only interested to make & sell products, and run away fast from the customer service scenarios. All the service Channels are dumb and have no regard to service the product so as to bring it live for use again. They have no vision to customer service. There is absolutely no window for escalation, all the channels are dead ends. My Eluga Ray Max 64GB is dead as much as the customer service - the "spine less" and "head less" service department.
