Finally they have rejected the proposal for replacement. Now I have to consume this faulty handset. With this I have taken a good lesson. Ultimately some more people who have experienced my suffering will quit along with me.
Best phone in this price range (9k). Buyer can go for it.
Spec. Is awesome. I buyed it for my father. He loving it.
Best for average user. For heavy users go for RAY MaX model..
WHY it does not support jio sim?
Cant able to call from jio sim and when i called to that jio sim which inserted to panasonic eluga ray x - says that number is not reachable Even it shows Full network
I think it does not support VOLTE then why written there that it support LTE
MJ Mahesh Jawale, 21 Apr 2017Request to replace Worst Panasonic eluga ray x mobile I have ever seen.I got mobile on 20 April 2017.I have open the mobile and on the screen,but screen doesn't work and charging mobile gets heated,after 100% charging its drain 15% within 10 minutes.in specifications given that 4000mAh battery,but it's equal to 1800mAh battery.guys please please do not buy this phone.I have return the mobile. I am not interested to replacement.it's not trusted.I am going to buy another handset.
Yesterday received delivery but most unfortunate when started to operate today is was noticed that battery was draining fast and heating problem started. Suddenly the screen was showing some software failed and finally got full Red and then Green colour.
Request placed for replacement which according to them under consideration for final status .
Watch me for further updates and then consider for purchasing it. All such snapshot have been emailed to Customer Care also.
