Actually i am using Panasonic eluga Switch while talking the phone got turned off and i am unable to switch on phone what i need to do any suggetion and in hyderabad any authorized service centre if yes please share me the details.

Crap phone if any one planning to by a switch fresh or second hand my openion is not to buy, i used it low quality camera and flash (comparing to other 13mpxl) and also this is my second switch coz first one was replaced, first one got damaged during call company replaced it now the second one also has board prblm.

My name is Bitto Antony from Thrissur Dist. Kerala 680721. I brought a Smart phone model as ‘’Panasonic Eluga Switch’. I use the phone only at need and very carefully, even if the Phone’s life was very shot. Only 18 months run that phone. I expect long life to that phone. I totally disappointed. Because, my money is lost and lot of data, my son’s photos, every things. I expect the brand is good and their service also. But I surely said to all the Panasonic Mobiles have been shot life and all phones are produced at china on contract by china’s small companies. And their service is very poor. I visited the authorised Customer service Centres at Thrissur and Cochin. These are run on contract basis by poor service centres and serviced to six or seven company’s phones at small area (Voice Plus). They are chargeable huge amounts in out of warranty period. I contact with their customer care no’s but didn’t get feasible solution. Mind one thing; don’t buy Panasonic Mobiles and small companies phones which will be losing your money, time and data.

This is an amazing device. Loaded with everything. I bought this a year back from Vijay sales at a mere price of Rs.12,500/- only. Good camera, Good battery back-up and clearity as well. It can process games smoothly. Does not hang.

This device Panasonic eluga switch will hang too much but once after doing restart the device is not responding the device is still in switch off mode

Its worst phone with substandard camera and overall working. Jio sim doesnt worK. Goes totally blank.

I'm using Panasonic eluga switch ...for 10 months ...its a worst Android..so much problems I faced ...camera lost within 2 month ...service center experience more irritating ...take 2 month to repair camera ..still so many problems running in this set ..service center cannot repair them ...or replace this set ..wastage of time and money..
