raju, 13 Dec 2016Not support jio SIM My mobile is Panasonic eluga switch i using jio sim since 3 months its working
Not volte but Lte is network working

I have jio sim. working fine speed clocks 28mbps
Before using JIO 4g SIM dowload jio app from playstore and
insert 1st slot which is only 4g enabled. 2nd slot only 2g.
switch on
go to settings. create mobile APN Network
name= jionet
APN = jionet
other settings are default
now open jio net app
go through as per query.
now jio will work.

When you put jio sim in slot 1 it interferes with the signal of your second sim and shows 2nd sim switched off.

aadil, 20 Nov 2016Plzzz don't buy this fon.it's vry wrost fone..service center is also careless.... i bough... moreYah.. I too faced same problem. I waited for 2 months after giving it to service center and fed up with their excuse.
Finally I found a solution.
I posted about this negligence in facebook 'panasonic smart phones' page and took screenshot of all mails and recoreded voice of customer support and posted on their page. And I got my mobile to my hand in just 2 days. I recommend you to do same.
