I've serious doubt about your knowledge on Android phones.
Cross check it again radio must be there in your phone.

I bought this last week mainly for the brand name Panasonic but in this model (T31) the voice call output is also routed to the loud speaker apart from front speaker!! spoiling the privacy. Finally I returned the mobile and bough Lenevo! Please do not go for it.

Some indian companies are introduce newer model smart phones in superb specification.but this Panasonic t31 is not sufficient ram memory for processor speed.
