Dealer give wrong statement to customer while selling the phone. panasonic t31 is not good phone. battery 1300mah is very less talk time provide.

i bought dis phone and am using it from about 3 months...but the speaker recently has enclosed a problem and it is not working..even during a call, the ringtone is not audible..nd even the audio in the videos n audio songs,is not audible..i mean its totally got dumb...can u suggest any solution to my prob??
