can anyone tell me how to install ultramp3? ive downloaded it. install to my fone but there isnt any new icon. so how am i suppose to use it? thanks~

hi can ask does any of you all have problem with panasoinc x 800. this is so as my phone seen to black out when there is incoming call and SMS.
Got the phone service still have the same problem but now not that offent.
but it is still not good so got any help pls

The X800 is a beautiful phone with excellent functionalities. Unfortunately it is lacking in multimedia and have a horrible battery life.
One cool thing that I've been able to do with this phone is to set it up to surf the net via a bluetooth connection. See www.dotdoh.com/btshare.html .

If you use the software given to you to transfer the Wav into the phone, the wav file will appear smaller in the phone compared to MP3s. So meaning it would safe more space using wav. rather than MP3, but you have to use the software that comes with the phone. Not other third party software.

May i know if i download 3rd party software frm e net when i send in my phone for repairs will they refuse to repair it when it still under warrantly? due to e 3rd party in it?

Hi Lisa, yes I have this phone on T-Mobile (in NY) and yes GPRS/web browsing does work for me. You do have to specify the proxy address and port, but I think that should have been in the settings you got sent. You could also try getting the settings sent from Nokia's site, the Nokia 6600 settings work on this phone.

is there anyone out there on t-mobile who owns this phone? i cant get my internet or t zones to work. i had settings sent from t-mobile in a smart message and the gprs symbol is on and connectivity mgr on phone says i'm connected but i don't see any web pages!!!!!!!!!!!!! so frustrated about to send phone back!

I'm currently using the Sharp TM-150 car charger for my X800 and it works. Ultra Mp3 only plays Mp3s. To set songs as ringtones you have to use OGG Player (converts files to OGG so you can set as ringtones). You can also use WAV. files as ringtones but not mp3.

Hi. I have a qns regarding ultra Mp3. If i do install this program, are the files in wav format or in mp3 format? Currently mine can only use the wav files as mp3 ringtones and tey're taking up a lot of space.Pls help..Thanks!

are u 100% sure that the Sharp TM-150 car charger works?? have u tried it?? coz im trying to locate one...
anyways i got the phone for like 3 days now!!! LOVE the phone but it still isnt quite as good as my Nokia 7610
from what i heard that the battery sucks... yes it did... it didnt even last the first day!!! i guess the battery needed to be "broken in" or so coz the battery stays longer than it did before so far i charged it like 12 hrs ago and its still at full bar!! im going to see how long this will last
(i only charged it 4 times counting this one!!)
anyways does anyone know or got any program tthat will show pic on the out side LCD?? coz i tried FS caller and callvid and neither one worked... and the factory S60 one only shows a small thumbnail...

this phone uses the same car charger as T-mobiles Sharp TM-150.

you will have to connect your phone with the usb cable, switch on the usb mode in your phone then click on the panasonic suite on your comp to be able to upload files.
