why why why? does Philips launch some of the most ugly looking mobiles how do they intend to compete if thy keep churnining what people dont want No tri-band this seems to be standard with other manufacturerss now no blue tooth mind you last time they had Blue tooth on the fiso820 it didnt want to know any other make with blue tooth bit like Nokia's phones most dont bluetooth or infrared sync with Motorola or Sonyericssons.
The menu system is worse than a Pc how many questions it insists on asking you before it actualy performs a Task eg go to menu >got to message>got to write message>go to send>are you sure>yes
4096 colours what a waste no MMS or in-built camera no email-client mind you where they had it before on previous handsets most service centre's and net works(orange.uk/Virgin.uk) could get it working......
Wap my goodness you cant access bookmarks without going into wap first Wap over stack or GPRS this would no dought cost user everytime they want to add a book mark say compared to SonyEricsson and Nokia who allow access to bookmarks while no in wap mode!Polyphonic ringtones are not as loud as traditional ringtones both should be included as Nokia do saying that most nokia polyphonis sound as if music is squeesed through a toilet roll appart from the trusty 7650 3650
You cant download screensavers and wallpapers via wap on philips fone only use the built in ones thats all for now from peter E4 london

I bought my 630 last week. When I want to buy the 900mAh battery and other accessories, I could not find it anywhere in Jakarta Indonesia, even in authorized dealer - Teleartindo Nusantara. They said this 630 is new product. Can somebody help me to get it?

I already read a test of this new mobile.
It´s amazing, functions like fm radio, stop watch, menus similar to the new nokias and sonyericssons, 100 messages stored in the phone, dual alarm clock...
The only default is MMS not comptible.

I love Philips the company and its GSM Mobile, indeed they are really inventers. I am using Fisio 820, i must say it is great Mobile, Philips R&D team is really thinker, top marks to them. I used almost all Mobiles of Philips like from Azalis, Xenium and Fisio all were just fantastic. I have seen some new Mobilis Philips 330, 530 & 630, but Philips 530 looks some intresting by look and features wise, i am really exiting to feel Philips 530. I hope soon it will be here in India.
