A new Lenovo smartphone has recently passed through China’s 3C authority for a possible variant of the Lenovo Z6 Pro. The Z6 Pro was already announced a couple of week sago with a Snapdragon 855, quad-cameras, and up to 12GB of RAM and this newly certified device could possibly be the Lenovo Z6.
The 3C filing offers the model number L78032 which is certainly a variant of the Z6 Pro since that one has a model number of L78051. This new model could be either of two devices (one is more realistic than the other): a Lenovo Z6 non-Pro model, or a 5G variant of the Lenovo Z6 Pro. The latter might be more plausible since the model number is a higher series of the “L78” base number.
However, this theory is instantly debunked since the 3C listing confirms the unnamed Lenovo device will come with an 18W fast charger; We know that the Z6 Pro comes with a 27W fast charger and that doesn’t add up for a 5G model. This device is more likely to be a mid-range variant.
Aside from the model number and fast charger wattage, we don’t know much else about this Lenovo device. We’ll be keeping an eye our for any future Lenovo leaks. If you spot something, be sure to leave us a tip on the site.
What do you think this Lenovo device will be?
Thanks for the tip!
