Huawei's Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro (and likely Mate 20 Porsche Design) are due this month but there are still unconfirmed bits of their specs sheets. One of those were the RAM and memory configurations but we can now check it off the list.
Thanks to a TENAA listing we know all the upcoming configurations of the Mate 20 (model number HMA-A00), the Mate 20 Pro (LYA-AL00 and LYA-TL00) and the Porsche Design. Here thy are.

The only interesting part is the Mate 20 Porsche Design with 4GB of RAM. Last year's Mate 10 Porsche Design only came in the range-topping 6GB/256GB option.

Huawei's upcoming beastly phones will be coming out this month (after the October 16 unveiling). We expect the Mate 20 Pro to have a notched 6.3-inch AMOLED display, three cameras on the back and a powerful Kirin 980 chipset on the inside.
