Gets too hot, can't game at 120hz, screen still not bright enough, speaker grills get filthy, battery life shite because of power sapping useless 120hz screen. Tell me I'm wrong. If you bought it, of course your going to defend it. Just buy any decent SD845 phone and it will be fine for games, and probably have better battery and brighter screen.

Velkoz n Oems Death, 06 Dec 2018Guys , what was the purpose of the 120 Hz screen refresh rate. Educate me pleaseOur eyes doesn't see a big difference after 60HZ. So why are they doing 120HZ? They do it because it makes a great difference in fast paced gaming or a really extreme slow motion video. But in normal use you wouldn't feel the difference.
Guys , what was the purpose of the 120 Hz screen refresh rate.
Educate me please
Such a shame about the battery life as those speakers, 2K display, and Nova Launcher Prime are major wants from me. Heck, it's even perfect for T-Mobile with Bands 66, 71, and 48. If only Zerolemon or some other brand could create a battery case for this phone to make up for the battery life....it would certainly allow one to enjoy the 120Hz refresh rate more...
I still have mixed feelings for this phone. It would be a nice phone to play music and show off. But it's just the fact that you can get the first Razer Phone with most of the things. The IP67 is nice and the wireless charging is good. But it's just the fact that you can have like 90% of the same thing from the first Razer Phone
STOP complaining about the razer phone its their 2nd phone and still has more things than apple in innovation.
I feel like the guy who did the review didn't do the score. No way with is this phone 4/5 with so many cons, especially considering half of those totally contradict the pros like - Gaming Plus mode as a pro but gets seriously hot while gaming con and the 120Hz display but no game going over 60 fps!
The review was written great and true but pros and cons and score are absolutely shocking.
Too large phone with ugly bezel frame in a body dimension that is standard 6inch to even 6.4 inch screen phones.

Nevertheless, you can search for 'liootech pixel type c headphone adapter' on online shops like Amazon or eBay and you can find listings for the splitter.

It's the exact same phone but an update on the camera and IP improvement. If they have the AMOLED display, this would have been the best phone ever
Has there ever been a phone that's not by Razer that has a 120Hz display?
For a mobile gamer to have everything it really occupies, it is necessary to have at least these 4 things to avoid connectivity problems and latency failures.
1.- Input 3.5mm for hearing aids so that the audio works correctly, that of sharing the type C input to charge and to connect some hearing aids is very bad idea.
2.- Connectivity to television via Mhl as they had several high-end phones from past generations.
3.- A gamepad with powerbank of minimum 6000mha and that can be connected via the type C connector so that there is no delay between the controller and the game.
4.-It is necessary to have a slot for memory card, I currently have a 128gb memory card with movies, emulators, besides having a lot of my music, it is better to have all that in an external card so as not to saturate the cell phone internally and make it slower.
Gaming with a BT headset, or gaming with a 3.5mm and not be able to charge, is a big no-no for me.
Devil , 16 Oct 2018Why is it exactly the same as last model? Is Razer trying to copy Apple? The theory was that if Project Linda was released, then both phones would still be compatible as their measurements are similar.
I got to handle one of these at work and I must say this phone is very cool! I like the solid feel and gripping it from all angles is easy - don't have to worry about accidental screen taps as you would with a curved screen. The glowing back logo looks great and there are some nice transition animations. The UI is smooth; it runs Nova Launcher (a favorite of mine) so you can customize it however you like. I didn't spend much time with taking pictures or running many apps, but with what I saw I think a lot of folks will be very happy with this phone!
