The Realme 14 5G is now official in Thailand. The phone has an interesting version called Mecha Design, and is, overall, targeted at mobile gaming enthusiasts on a budget.

The Realme 14 5G's chipset is a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4. It is coupled with 12 GB RAM. The front has a 6.67" AMOLED panel with FullHD+ resolution and up to 120 Hz refresh rate.

The front-facing camera has a 16 MP sensor and is nested inside a punch hole. The main cameras on the back has a 50 MP imager and sits alongside a 2 MP depth sensor.

The company partnered with Free Fire to further enhance the title's performance, and revealed that the battery can support playing the game for 10.5 hours straight.

Speaking of battery, the capacity is 6,000 mAh. It supports 45W wired charging and bypass charging. This means that when using the phone while plugged in, the battery is not constantly charged and discharged, but the power comes straight from the wire.

The new phone comes with a 6,050 sq mm vapor chamber with a graphite sheet. Its heat dissipation capabilities can lower the CPU temperature by 20 degrees Celsius, though as usual in such comparisons it's unclear what the reference is.

The phone comes with Realme UI 6.0 on top of Android 15.

Realme 14 5G comes in three colors – Mecha Silver, Storm Titanium, and Pink Warrior. The base 256 GB version is priced at THB 11,999 ($350/€325), while the 512 GB variant is THB 13,999 ($415/€385).

Free fire is a shit game. So is PUBG, CODM, all other variations of the same shooter game. Even if you like these games I don't see how one can play it for more than an hour a day or so. But I can see people lining up to buy this phone because f...
