Its been 8 months I have using the Realme 3. While playing game (Sky - Children) my mobile gets restarted and after seeing the locked screen when I unlock the locked screen by giving password after 4-5 seconds it restart again. Somehow I try to uninstall the (Sky - Children game) from my mobile but after mobile get restart game was just there like it didn't get uninstall even I delete some messages but still after restart messages was there too. I don't know what is the issue with this, due to corona cant official services centers are closed too. What should I do?

If yes, tell them you'll submit your phone to them. They've to make sure the issue exist before offering you a replacement, so they'll take your phone for a few days. If it turns off automatically, they'll have to offer replacement or you can sue them by law.

Download HedgeCam 2 from play store. Go to Settings and:
1. Enable Camera2 API
2. Video Settings
- Resolution: Full HD
- Video bitrate: 30 (20 is fine too)
That's it!
Tip:
- You can add/remove options from screen in "Indication" tab.
- Use Gcam for good quality pictures, portraits, slowmo and 720p videos. Google "Realme 3 Gcam" & open XDA website link.
- Use HedgeCam 2 for FHD videos.

If it's a software issue, then reset your phone via bootloader. It can fix some bugs.
Lastly, claim warranty.

It turned off automatically twice or thrice a day after a heavy used. And the camera also has a problem after the update when taking a video the footage is not clear it's like you are applying beauty effect to it. Overall, it is a good phone I am just facing some minor(could be major) problems.

I got a real bad deal with that phone. My realme3, is automatically turning off since theday that I bought it. After 6 daysI decided to ask for replacement, then the store refused. Until not, the problem had not fixed.
