Pros:
Great camera... moreHello, can you share which android version you're on Like I'm on A.18.
Go to Settings - About Phone - Version.
Bought Realme 3 from Sialkot Pakistan. Here is my 20 days usage review
Pros:
Great camera for this price.
(Gcam is even greater. I use version 1.4.023219.1995 and its night sight is fabulous.
V nice crisp display.
Fantastic performance, hardly lags.
Speaker out put v good.
Battery 1.5 day with medium to heavy use.
Less blotware.
Realme gives you permission to unlock bootloader the same day you unbox the phone.
Cons:
Perhaps pre applied display film is below average. I feel mistyping of letters some times while texting.
Haptic feed back feel is not premiuim, Key touching vibration is very average (I miss Redmi Note4).
No notification light.
Charging time is quiet long.
No IR blaster (I miss Redmi note4 alot).
Any good less battery consuming led notifying app for rwalme 3 thanx in advance if any one helps out

Anonymous, 15 Sep 2019Hi,, what about its camera clarity. Should I go for it or For Realme 5..Go for Realme 3.
Realme 5 can't play PUBG on HD because of SD 665 and its built quality and water resistance is weakest of all Realme phones.
Gsmarena didn't like Realme 5 camera, but I think it can be improved with Gcam. If not, your only reason to buy it should be Eis.
I use Gcam (R3MGC_5.1.018_MI8_V1.apk) on Realme 3 for now, but I'm also testing other Gcam.
The clarity is excellent with Gcam. There is almost no noise even in low light (indoors) and pictures are very detailed! I can see lines made by paintbrush by zooming and in selfies, I can even see pores of my skin.
The color accuracy is spot on and dynamic range is also good! You will definitely like it.
Video recording is great as well. There is 60 FPS video recording even in Selfie camera! Slow-motion is also better/clearer in Gcam.
Only thing it lacks is Eis. One way to overcome this is to download a Video Stabilization program like Adobe Photoshop. It'll stabilize videos even better than Eis.
Stock Camera is great in daylight and has a very good Nightsight. The video recording is good in all light conditions, but pictures are quite bad in low light (A.18).
That's why I highly recommend Gcam. There's a huge difference.
Note: I can update to A.21 which might make Stock Camera better, but I haven't because I don't want to risk losing my performance and battery.
Shoaib, 15 Sep 2019I just bought realme 3 day ago, I am not impressed by the battery as i didn't use much apps bu... moreNo no no!! What have you done??
The shopkeeper robbed you!!! Only buy from stores where Realme officially supplies this phone!
Official price of this phone in Pakistan is 25,000 for 4, 64GB variant. No one can charge you more than that, other than shipping cost.
And no one even buys it for 25,000. I bought mine for 23,800.
And there is no such problem you mentioned!
My guess is that shopkeeper gave you a refurbished/repaired phone.
You should immediately claim warranty!
I just bought realme 3 day ago, I am not impressed by the battery as i didn't use much apps but it drained quickly, plus the screen touch is not as smooth as it should be, because I am constantly hammering on the screen to zoom in the pictures which works occasionally or else I have to manually zoom it through stretching,
I am not satisfied in last two days and hoping that this device is worth of Rs.27,000/-.
Plus the usb data transfer rate is pathetic, as it seems like the realme 3 has used cheap Chinese hardware. Also when you hold phone in your hand you don't feel the quality phone with contrast to the other phones of this league of Moto, Samsung Apple.
I hope to test this by next week, if not satisfied then I will revert back to Moto series.
Regards,
Shoaib

I've Helio P60 (4, 64) variant. I already knew it was a good phone but I must admit it's 200% better than my expectations!
Detailed Review:
1. Battery:
As soon as I got it, I went into settings and turned on everything that can help save battery. I also turned off battery draining services that I didn't need, like Auto Sync.
In non gaming usage, it consumes 15-20% battery for 10 hours of SCREEN ON TIME. It can vary as streaming videos consumes more battery, but offline videos consume 5% battery for 20+min of video.
In PUBG, HD Graphics, 60 FPS, 100% Brightness, 100% speaker volume (not earphone), GFX Tool, WiFi - it consumes constant 1% battery for 5.5 minutes of PUBG.
I played 15 TDMs to confirm this (A lot of looking around + 8 Players in small area = More battery drain).
That's 9+ hours of PUBG minimum!
Imagine how longer it would last if I had used earphones, reduced graphics and kept brightness at 30% - which is perfect for inside house with lights on.
2. Performance
My phone is ALWAYS on battery saving modes. All of them. Even in Game Space while playing PUBG.
Despite this, PUBG runs butter smooth on HD Graphics! There isn't even a slightest frame drop no matter how much I turn around, drive and number of enemies.
There is no lag even in HDR graphics (GFX). I haven't once felt the need to even test its Performance modes.
3. Fingerprint:
It's lightning fast!
Even if I try to tap and pull away my finger as fast as humanly possible, it still unlocks the phone.
4. Display:
It's sharp and doesn't disappoint in any way.
I was worried about it because people kept saying HD+ on 6.2' screen sucks but now I think people don't know anything about displays and DPI.
Even if I hold it uncomfortably close to my eye, I've to look hard in order to see any rough edges or pixelation.
5. Camera:
It's excellent in daylight but I found mine isn't as good as other users in low-light.
There is a pending update but I haven't installed it because I don't want to risk losing my battery timing.
However, I've installed Gcam for it and pictures are VERY detailed! Even in low-light, I can see pores of my skin in selfies!
The portraits are also excellent from both cameras, even with messy hairs, the edge detection is spot on.
6. Multitasking:
I don't use a lot of apps but it easily keeps all apps running in background for as long as I need (40+ minutes).
I use Facebook, Whatsapp, Messenger, Chrome, MX Player, IDM+, HF Player, YouTube. It also keeps PUBG running in background for 10+ minutes.
7. Heating:
It almost never heats up. Even while playing PUBG, I can hardly tell if it's heating up (I use a back cover though).
I don't even sit in AC. Only time I've felt it "getting warm" is when I play PUBG whilst charging, but it only gets warm to comfortable extent.
8. Weight:
It's surprisingly very lightweight. My previous Samsung was 5 inch with plastic body and this phone is 6.2+ inches.
Yet I can't *feel* any difference in their weight!
I enjoyed this phone and using it more than 6 months. It can PUBGM with Medium Quality, no framedrop unless you activated BSO, Mobile Legends Bang Bang with High Quality. The Battery is quite tough. last more than half a day for playing mobile legends. and last for more than 18hours for non stop anime marathon. Heat up issues only exist when the phone is used for gaming during battery charging. The charging is quite fast since it's adapter support 10w Vooc 2.0 perhaps?(Correct me if i'm wrong) The resolution of Screen is okay for the price realme given. M30 from samsung screen res is better.
