You can still take excellent pics without it but having OIS lets you capture better detailed, focused and much better pics in lowlight. OIS moves your camera/lens to cancel out your natural hand-shake.
It's mostly offered in high priced phones.
Eis just crops edges of the frames in videos to make them look stable/smooth - reducing quality in the process. It does stabilise videos much better than OIS.
It doesn't play a role in pics.

Technology has been progressive nowadays and maybe later there can already be a type-d or type-e port so we should not chase those updated ports.

There is an option to turn on or wake the display when receiving notification so its your choice.

It has OIS which moves the camera to cancel hand-shake, allowing more focuses, detailed and *naturally* brighter pictures. It also supports Gcam, which is a added bonus.
Realme 3 Pro vs 5 Pro is up to your usage. I'd go with 3 Pro because it has better camera, same performance, better durability (5 Pro parts are loosely fit so lower water & dust resistance) at cheaper price.
5 Pro has 2 or so features that 3 Pro doesn't or isn't on same level on. Like streaming videos on TV in 4K or something, while 3Pro streams in 2K or something.

For the screen recording the internal sound recording should be added because many gamers will benefit this feature because when you enable sound recoding the sounds from outside the phone can be recorded in the video thank you.

W... moreGoing by everything I've read, RM3P has the better resolution, fingerprint scanner/functionality, processor, and connectivity. Just bought one for a friend after extensive research, so, I'd say, go for that.
