That's a big difference that plain algorithms can't overcome. Realme 3 pro "freezes" background apps by AI instead of killing them as well as have game space performance mode which optimises it for best gaming experience. Otherwise, the kernel pushes the chipset to depend as less as possible on gpu in order to save power. The focus of sd 845 was to make it more battery efficient which was partially achieved by having higher cpu clockspeed instead of focusing on gpu.
Benchmark tests are only useful in finding out if a particular phone is *under-performing*. No one considers them reliable if the difference isn't enormous.

I'm hoping that they'll give an update to make its better. I'd like it to last between 6-7 hours in pubg on high settings. That's the only improvement I could ask for in it but I guess I can do that myself using GFX and GL Tools.

Well I think you are right that Snapdragon 710 GPU is kind of better then Snapdragon 845 but there are lot of things to be notice one is camera ISP and second is modem third is even Snapdragon audio codec etc .....

Basically my friend bought S10 plus so I compared my realme 3 Pro with S10 plus specially the camera after comparing it I have to say S10 plus camera is slightly better then realme 3 Pro just a margin difference due to heavy competition between mid ranges the camera differences between midrange and flagship has now getting equal

Realme 3 P60 can also do 30-35 fps in PUBG in those settings. Check GT gaming review.
And yes, realme 3 pro can get 40-60 fps in pubg. I see it on Dhananjay Bhosale channel but he recorded using video recorder app and kept at ultra frame so fps were at 40 but stable. I'm sure it can give 50-60 fps with extreme frame settings by gfx.
