Battery Timing not good

I tried the RM 5 of my friend in a low light room (but not very dark), and the result is nearly catastrophic...no miracle, you get what you pay for.

during incoming call When i press power button the ring is mute and let the screen on but pressing it again cancel the coming call .
How to mute the ring and turn off screen at the same time when receving a call without cancel that call .
can anyone help

I bought my phone last 3 months, For me realme 5 is Very Good for me because the battery is good, i like the size of the phone and good for gaming.

This is just a suggestion. Try switching your phones to "Low Power Consumption Mode" while charging and kindly check if it charges faster than usual. I noticed that my phone charges faster at that mode. T.I.A. I'll wait for your feedbacks.

1) Realme 5 can't take charge more than 10 watts even with fast charger because it's limited to 10 watts by Realme...
2) fast charging doesn't require type C and there are huge amount of phones supporting fast charge with micro USB... Don't miss guide others...
3) Snapdragon 665 does support fast charging but again it's limited by Realme...
