Realme 5 can't play PUBG on HD. There is no option and if you use GFX Tool for HD, it lags.
Asphalt 9 lags a lot on high graphics as well.

RN7 has a heating problem so if you must compare them Realme 5 is better. Although, RN7 is overall better (camera).
For gaming, Realme 3 is a better option.
Or if you don't mind smaller battery, then Realme 2 Pro offers better camera than all of them, same performance as Realme 3 and the display is FHD.
