I freed tons of gb thought it was a storage issue. But nah, I thought Realme was good but the update isn't really compatible. I hate it. i hate that it's uncomfortable using it while studying

use the c.53 version of software..it can be downloaded on their site...or if ever still facing same issue..rollback to colorOS 6..then compare..same procedure it can be downloaded...calm down..and dont panic...^_^

Well for those who experience lag and hangs on android 10 which im sure most of us do. Just download the downgrader and be back to android 9. It will fix all your lagging and hanging problem. And the update wont show anymore. You need to manually update if you wanna go back to android 10.

Hi I'm currently using realme 5s. I've realized my phone got really lag after updating to android 10. Now I can't even play any moba games. Because of the lagging also, I always have problem when typing. It's really annoying. Please do something about it. When I use android 9, those problems never happened. Please consider this and bring back android 9 if it's the best. I just bought this phone for a couple of months and now I feel like a trash for buying this..

In the last software update we faced many problems it's mobile... moreRealme company is so greedy that they are busy right now on launching new overpriced devices (especially in my Country) without any care of older devices... Same bugs, lags, poor process management and battery drains are facing on Realme 5, Realme 5s and Realme 5i... I think they are just copying and pasting the firmwares of other devices with little tweaks...
