Hi, I'm thinking of buying a new phone and right now I'm considering Xiaomi note 9 pro, poco x3 and realme 5 pro, so which one would you recommend? I am also opened to suggestions in that price range. Thank you in advance.

Bought mine last December 2019. And I love it until now December 2020. Still works and perfectly fine. Just recently installed ML and COD. Wow. I find it very interesting so I installed it. At first, I bought this mobile phone because it's necessity but now that I learned how to play mobile games, it never made me regret purchasing this. Never had problem with the battery, finger print scanner is still at it's best, the 📷 is great... To sum up; this is useful, efficient and affordable. I hope it will last for another year. Or it will be great if it will last half a decade 😅
(Am not really used to buying mobile phones, as long as my phone is working, imma use it as long as it is serving its purpose, besides, I don't have enough 💰💰💰 😅😅✌️)

Redmi Note 9 isn't even worth considering in front of Realme 5 Pro.
Compare that phone with Infinix Hot 9 Play, or something.

The battery life becomes shorter with time and cyclic charging till it other cannot retain charge or swells up. It has happened to all my Redmi note phones after series 4!

2... moreAmong them, Realme 5 Pro has best performance, best camera with GCAM, least heating, faster charging & faster storage type (UFS 2.1) which makes app loading time faster.
Oppo F11 has weaker chipset. It only competes with Realme 5 Pro in having same charging speed & storage type.
Samsung A31 chipset is also weaker. It only competes with Realme 5 Pro in terms of bigger battery. Its camera records bad quality videos.

Back up your data by:
1. Google Photos for pictures/videos. (Unlimited Drive storage if you select "High Quality" in its Back Up Settings).
2. Move files/folders to SD Card. (Folders like DCIM, Download, Music, Movies, Recordings etc).
3. Upload files/folders to Drive.
4. Back up your WhatsApp/LINE chats.
Then:
Power off your phone & press Power + Volume Down button simultaneously. Release when it boots up.
In bootloader, perform a Hard Reset/Wipe Data completely. It'll fix all of the issues caused by updates.

After a year (well almost a year of usage), every new update makes Realme 5 Pro battery life lasts shorter. Back then I had like 9H full SoT, so I only needed to charge once per day. But nowadays, I only have 7H full SoT(even less, it could be just 6H 20M for intense usage).

Its either covered in dust (try to clean it, especially if you use screen protector and phone case, they accumulate dusts in non protected area) or failure in the sensor itself
