If it still remains then you will have to wait till the manufacturer sends some software updates for this phone to solve this kind of issues.

Anonymous, 07 Jul 2020How many days can the battery last without charging it? Battery timing on this phone is good. If you use it normally without playing games then it can go upto 2 days. If you play games very often then it can go upto 1 day comfortably sometimes 1.5 days depending upon your usage.

You can download it from the settings in the software update menu. Later you have to make sure that your phone battery level is at least 60% before installation of the update. Then you can install the update to get updated to Android 10.

Battery timing is very good and the phone's performance in gaming is also nice. Its snapdragon 665 is very good in call of duty and pubg. It gives 30 fps in pubg and upto 40 fps comfortably in call of duty. In pubg mobile lite it can give even upto 60 fps on low graphics settings. So, the battery and performance is actually good considering its price range.

Zeeshan, 16 Jul 2020I am facing problem in Media .pic videos after updating software.kindly advice what can I doBro turn off the phone and wait for 5 minutes, turn it on again and see if the issue gets solved. If it solves then fine but if it doesn't get solved then you have to wait for realme to send software updates to solve these kinds of issues.

Android 10 has just arrived for this phone and a lot of guys are having performance issues in this phone. I think there will be maintenance or optimisation updates for this phone to make Android 10 more optimised and solve bugs and issues. I am also using this phone but luckily after updating to Android 10 I am not facing any problem. Let's hope Realme brings some maintenance updates anytime soon!

Just after the update too..
Even though i'm just playing offline games.
Im so dissappointed for buying this brand..
But for the cameras it's so promising.
