The phone freezes most of th... moreI've had the same issue, ever since I downloaded the software update it always seemed like my phone was lagging/stuttering. And the worst case was when I visited a website, the phone was never registering my swipes. I had to exit Google and lo and behold, as soon as I reopen Google I'm at the end of the website. THIS NEEDS TO GET FIXED!

Mobs, 15 Jul 2020Yes, just keep checking the Software update section in Settings of your phone. There is a serious technical problem of this update in 5i phones. The phone freezes most of the time in the day's use. I hope they will do something about the UI and Android update because the previous versions are better than having an updated one but distracts your usual smooth usage. :(

Do not update your softwares...The software that comes with it is best suited for the device..and if you have already updated it the you can factory reset to erase all the data and go back to the original version

I like the new update to android 10 and ralme UI but times to download version is so long, almost 1 day but the the update is so great, fast, icon and UI good, and batry is long than old version, good realme

I have updated to realme ui version 49 and so far ui is smooth and fast (definitely smoother than color os). I will test more for battery life and other things.
