Only if you play high intensive games then the back side (left and mid) varies between 38 to 39,5 C but that is normal as SoC never throttle i.e. no stuttering and performance degradation. Yes, max average for phones is ~35,5 C, but it's not the end of the world.

You either don't use supplied (both) cable and charger or 2) you use them but you play game when charging which you shouldn't do if you don't want to degrade battery because of excessive heat.

I am using it from last few months and it outperform from my expectations. The phone doesn't lag ever and doesn't have any heating issue . It just slightly warm up when you play very heavy games for 4 to 5 hrs continuously and the maximum temperature observed was around 38° to 39°C i,e: usuall for all smartphone.
Also it has much better performance than realme 6 pro.

I have the phone and it charges in less than 1 hour, exactly as advertised, BUT you MUST use the included charger and cable. Using a different cable will charge your phone much slower!

I had my phone a month ago. A few days ago, I noticed my phone became less smooth and less sensitive, especially when I scroll. Almost laggy. The problem becomes obvious when I play ML where my phone miserably runs at around 20 FPS (fps is displayed in phone game space). Does anyone else have the same problem? Or do I need my device checked?

Jackie, 24 Jul 2020Camera is ugly for both front and rear. Quit hot when playing game.rear cam is actually great,in day and night time.the front i can agree its bad in bad lighting,in daylight it is average.
there is no heating except in pubg, any other game there is no heating at all.
