In 35k, you should buy: (Price with discount)
Realme 6 (4, 128GB costs 35-36k. New price)
Realme 5 Pro (4, 128GB costs 31-32k)
Xiaomi Mi A3 (4, 64GB costs 32-33k)
Do NOT buy Redmi Note 9 in any case!!!
Realme 6 is best overall. It has 90Hz display (best display experience) & has slowmo even in Selfie Camera. It gives 50-60FPS in PUBG with PGT Pro tool (best gaming performance), battery lasts 2 days & has 30Watt charging.
Or increase your budget to 40k & buy:

In Realme 6i having slomo editing issue only realme give you slowmo not faster or normal its bad for me i was buy this cell for making slowmo videos but they give only complete slowmo not normal and faster in slowmo

Sadly, most people don't know much about displays and think higher ppi FHD display is always better than lower ppi HD display. In reality, all that tells you is "how close you can bring the phone to your face, before you can see pixelization".
Display quality depends on many other factors.
Realme 6i display has:
1. Brightness or Nits:
Realme 6i display is 528nits, which is very high. It means it has excellent visibility under sunlight.
Redmi 9 display is only 328 nits, which is among lowest & has bad visibility outdoors.
2. Contrast Ratio:
Realme 6i has 1610:1 contrast ratio, which is higher than even Redmi Note 8 Pro & Redmi K30. So you can expect to see very good details/dynamic range on screen and easily read text as well.
Redmi 9 has 1500:1 contrast ratio, which is also very good.
3. Colour Accuracy:
Realme 6i deltaE score ranges from 4.4-6.1, depending on your display settings. It means there is less "tint" on display & shows good colour accuracy.
Redmi 9 deltaE score is 4.5-6.7, which isn't good. There is a notable "blue tint" on display & it has less colour accuracy.
4. Software:
Realme UI has been optimised for 720p display. To the point that's it's sharper/clearer than Realme 5 & Realme 3.

Realme 6i has the power to be a good gaming smartphone. The battery as well as the integrated mediatek processor are impressive additions along with the quad camera set up.

1. Xiaomi or MIUI phones always have lower performance and battery endurance than other brand phones with same chipsets/specs.
Don't take my word for it. Use Compare tool of Gsmarena & compare Realme 6i with Redmi 9. See their AnTuTu & GeekBench scores.
Redmi 9 has lower scores in both tests.
2. Realme 6i has 16MP selfie camera.
Redmi 9 has 8MP selfie camera.
3. Realme 6i has Gyro sensor.
It's needed to play trending virtual reality games & real gyro sensor works better in PUBG than virtual gyro sensor.
4. Realme OS has less bugs and no bloatwares or ads, which are present in MIUI.

1. Performance:
Realme 6i gives 40-45FPS in PUBG.
Redmi Note 9 gives 25-35 FPS in PUBG.
(Tested with Gamebench)
Helio G70, G80 & G85 will have almost similar performance even if apps are optimised for G85.
(See AnTuTu & GeekBench scores).
Redmi Note 9 lags in many apps & games or gives low FPS due to its poor app optimisation. It'll take months to 1 year to optimise it properly.
2. Camera:
Realme 6i selfie camera has 16MP f/2, 1/3.06 apertures.
This is MUCH better than Redmi Note 9 13MP f/2.3, 1/3.1 aperture selfie camera.
Apertures affect the level of details & quality in different light conditions. Even $100 phones can take good pictures as $300 phones if there is good lighting.
In fact, Redmi Note 9 has worst selfie camera in 25-40k phones.
Realme 5 Pro, Xiaomi Mi A3 & Nokia 7 Plus have much better cameras than it.
3. Price:
Realme 6i costs 30k and as low as 28k on discount.
Redmi Note 9 costs 33k, which is higher than Realme 5 Pro.
Realme 5 Pro is a WAY better phone than Redmi Note 9 & Realme 6i. It has much more powerful chipset that heats less & uses less battery, extremely better cameras & more advanced features.
So Redmi Note 9 is worst choice in its price in Pakistan.
It should cost only around 25k to make it worth buying.

It has ultra wide camera which Infinix Note 7 doesn't & Helio G80 is slightly more powerful than Helio G70.
Realme OS is also quite good. There is no bloatware app other than Theme Store & basic Google apps (Playstore, Chrome & stuff).
Both phones have 720p display, but Realme 6i display will look better/sharper due to its smaller size.
Infinix Note 7 is a good phone, but Infinix isn't as reliable as Realme. This includes their customer support as well.

And for camera, always use Google Camera app. It'll make camera quality extremely good.
