Hi, are you using the case that comes with the phone? I use the case that came with the phone and I never have a problem. I actually don't need to remove the case to charge.

Why sometimes did not charge if he have a case but if when my realme 6i remove my case its charging. Another question is Realme 6i have better performance or no upgraded. It's realme 6i is total shutdown or not?

I have SD 660 and can't play Genshin at all, it's a 1... moreif you have a snapdragon 660 with 1080p screen resolution that wont work with genshin. its unplayable. i have used this phone for a few months now.have no issues playing games in 720p resolution.
just make sure you have stable internet connection and if your fine playing with 720p resolution, this phone will do the job.

This is not recommended if you play real-time games or online games such as ML, Codm, etc. Shame I thought realme will boost performance when playing games but ain't.

I use sandisk 1tb microsd card in Realme 6i. It's sure. It's really. You can use other < 1tb micro sd card.

but if you have $200 then get the redmi note 10 4/128gb
