Realme today announced it sold more than 8.3 million products during the Festive Days sale in India, out of which 6.3 million were smartphones, resulting in year-on-year growth of over 20%.
Realme launched several smartphones this year in a bid to fill in every possible price gap, and also diversified its product portfolio with the launch of wearables and smart TVs. It also announced a smart plug, security camera, electric toothbrushes, and a couple of wireless earphones with active noise cancellation.
Tomorrow, Realme will introduce the Realme 7 5G, which is expected to be a rebranded Realme V5 5G for the global markets. If that's true, it will come with the Dimensity 720 SoC, 6.5" FullHD+ 90Hz LCD, 48MP quad camera, 16MP selfie camera, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 30W charging.
You don't just become the fastest growing brand and sell well over 40 million smartphones in 2 years by hype or producing disappointing smartphones.
