Following Google's announcement of Android 12 , Realme was quick to confirm that its flagship Realme GT will be among the first devices to gain access to the latest Android release.
The Realme GT will get access to Android 12 Beta 1 in China through the Developer Preview Program this month. The initial builds will be based on the current Realme UI 2.0, but Realme plans on releasing the future UI 3.0 to Android 12 Beta builds later this year.
The Realme GT is still limited to the Chinese market, although global launch is expected soon. The phone is equipped with Snapdragon 888 and up to 12GB of RAM, a 120Hz 6.43-inch Super AMOLED, a 64MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide and a 4,500mAh battery with 65W charging.
Some people are still using the same phone for more than three years. A friend of mine is still using his Apple iPhone 6S Plus today and he said that he has no real intention to upgrade his current phone anytime soon.
