A little brother of Realme's V5 is forthcoming in September for its domestic 5G market, priced under 900CNY ( $128). It looks like we will be having a wave of $100 5G phones by December or even earlier. The 'pure' 4G phones will start to exit the market as we enter 2021.

realme v5 is 30 w fast charge and so is the x50 5g, the x50 5g has better cpu 333antutu
vs 290 antutu of mediatek 720. I personally would go with the v5. has bigger battery 5000mah v 4100 mah and doesnt have stupid double punch hole. also camera array on back is more modern new look. x50 still using 2 yo camera array.
both phones use the same 4g/5g/3g bands so you can use both in USA. you can get the v5 for around 218 on ali and the x50 5g is around 230.
@drake parker. realme, oneplus, Oppo, vivo, and iqoo. are all same company. ;)

I bet that companies just ignore them at this point.
