TheBrokenSadaf, 17 Nov 2020no update in settings, i did reset, still no update! That's extremely sad to hear man, try taking it to the nearest service center or if ordered online you could try returning if it hasn't been a year. Hope your issue gets resolved soon.

The cloned WhatsApp doesn't support Google drive backup. Also unable to download pictures and videos on cloned app.

Maybe try resetting the device and then checking again

I got the Realme X2 RMX1991_Global_g.17 version. Not getting any update at all. It's still on Android 9, Color OS 6.1. Can anyone tell me how to update it ?

Using this device for 8 months now in India - Maharashtra, i know its too late to give opinion about it as its next gen versions are already out now, but still i just want to put it.
The phone is performing exceptionally well in day to day use, i also played PUBG and COD on this phone and did not seen any major frame drops, i did see some here and there but it can happen because of network latency as well.
Charging speed is super fast, it does heat while charging & maintains temperature while doing intensive tasks quite well, i did not seen any overheating issues so far.
Display is really good, if you are a samsung user then obviously a samsung amoled panel will look much good if you compare to this one but i think this one is also good, i am satisfied with the display quality.
The only downside i see is some 7/8 bloatware apps comes pre-installed with this device which you cannot uninstall or disable they just reside there, some of those app even granted storage permission which you cannot even deny, that's strange i know.
Network quality is also good, i have used Jio and Airtel sim and no issues there so far.
Build quality is good, front and back side packed with gorilla glass 5, so you're quite protected there.
I don't use cameras that much but i see the macro lens is kind of unusefull, the main camera and wide angle camera delivers some good quality pictures.
Sound quality from speaker and headphone is also good, only problem i found is the volume control increases the volume with much large scale, it should be more customizable.
Overall delivering good value for money.
