best hardware, worst software, no support, sent them more than email and still no response, already a member in realme community and still nothing, still running the shitty coloros6.1 with android 9, camera software & app is the worst, and the most important to me you can't hide all sensitive notification unless you change app by app.....this is shit, we are in 2020 not 2012 !

I brought this phone for just 21k on exchange offer (8gb and 128gb). Starting I was little bit disappointed due to the UI (color OS 6.1) it looks more cartoonist and looks lik cheap smartphone. Recently I got an update realme UI version v 1.0 (Android 10) , problem solved it's the best UI , seems to be lik stock android , interface is so nice no lag , best smartphone - Flagship killer👍👍

Ok, 19 Mar 2020How about on gaming? after a few months? is it still the same? HIGH Graphic still cause super hot on this phone,like Ark Of survival Epic graphic. Too me ARK need to improve the game. It seems not realme problem since other game less hot while playing max graphic.

Since the phone was flagship when launched but realme is not taking it seriously. It simply means that realme does'nt care about its customers at all unlike samsung, one plus who provide regular software upgrades to improve the quality of their products.
I dont know why Realme is taking it so lightly. If it continues then the number of customers will decline to a far extent...
